The BATTwin consortium was proudly represented at the Battery Innovation Days, held on 2–3 December 2025 in Graz, Austria. The two-day event brought together over 600 industry leaders, researchers, and policymakers to explore the future of European battery innovation.
Represented by Prof. Marcello Colledani (Project Coordinator, POLIMI), Prof. Darek Ceglarek (WMG), and Research Fellow Gergely Horváth (SZTAKI), BATTwin presented its multi-scale digital models for battery cell production, covering processes from the micro-level—including electrode formation—to the macro-scale, while showcasing models integration.
BATTwin’s participation highlighted its ongoing commitment to collaborating with European stakeholders and advancing the development of next-generation battery technologies, reinforcing its role at the forefront of the digitalisation and optimisation of battery manufacturing.
